3. 磨拋一體直線式設計，前邊設有磨輪，后邊設有拋輪，前邊磨完成后自動移動至拋輪進行拋光，無需人工搬運夾具。
4.磨拋輪固定旋轉，夾具升降采用高精度滾珠絲桿由步進電機帶動，磨拋精度可精確到0.01mm，并且每個面可單獨設置磨拋深度和時間，成品大小精確，最小可用于生產1mm即1號鉆。
5. 控制系統(tǒng)采用先進的電腦PLC加液晶觸摸屏，系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定可靠，參數(shù)設置調節(jié)方便。觸摸屏全部顯示中文，嵌套式菜單，易學易用，普通工人培訓一天即可上崗。
6．系統(tǒng)具有拋輪磨損自動補償功能，補償周期和補償值可任意設定，機器調好后操作工人僅需按啟動按鈕，無需再對參數(shù)進行調整。

Features:

3. Grind canister and polish canister are designed in a line, front is grind canister, behind is polish canister, the mould go to polish automatically after grind, needn’t replace the mould by hand.
4. The mould up-down system adopt high quality ball bearing pole, drive by step motor, and the up-down precision reach 0.01mm, also all side can set the parameter deepness and time alone, so the final product is exactitude. It can produce SS1 (1mm) at the smallest.
5. The control system adopt advanced PLC and touch screen, the system stability and reliability is high, the parameter set and adjust is convenience.
6. The system have polish canister abrasion expiation function, after machine adjust finished, the worker have nothing to but take the mould.
7. The machine structure and work principle are very good but very simple, so it is stably and easy to maintain.
8. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently. Such as judge the switch is right or not , the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.
