Usage Range
CBT01 Indoor color mould-inhibited joint mixture:
Indoor or outdoor gaps width 2-6 mm on tiles, bricks, stone, mosaic
CBT02 outdoor color water-proof joint mixture
Indoor or outdoor gaps width 5-12 mm on tiles, bricks, stone, mosaic
Base Treatment
Gaps must be cleaned, free of debris and water. For highly water-absorbing tiles, pre-water the gaps.
Construction Technology:
Pour enough water into the container, then put the powder in, mix them evenly and constantly into pulp to avoid precipitation.
Use specialized rubber knife, press mixed pulp into the gaps. Press the surface evenly and dispose unused material.
Wait 30-40 minutes after the mixture has dried out, use wet sponge or cloth to clean the surface completely
Used specialized liquid or water to clean the surface 24 hours after the mixture has become solid.
Caution
No acid liquid to clean the filled tiles. Not to be used when raining.
Suitable for use between the temperature of 5-40 degrees.
To maintain with water after the first 24 hours since the filling in vast area, then again after another 24 hours. No need to maintain under high humidity.
Safty
The product is alkaline, avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective mask and grooves when in use. Once contact, use high volume of water to wash and consult local doctor for advice. The product contains no poison, non-flammable, environmental friendly.
Storage
Avoid direct contact with sunlight. Should not be stored directly on the floor. Sealed product is valid for one year.
Volume
Volume to use per square meter: [25×(tile length + tile width)×gap length×gap width]÷[13.5×tile length×tile width] = kg per square meter. (unit in mm)
